The project is a luxury implementation for a private client in the town of Shumen. Its total built-up area is 769 m², and its functional scheme is compact - developed on two floors. The facade cladding of natural stone, wooden elements, white plaster and elegant details complement the vision of the house, which combines traditional and modern style. The building consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete structure and is made of Wienerberger Porotherm bricks. The roof is sloping, filled with the highest class of tiles "Bramac". The joinery is a 7-chamber profile, allowing triple glazing with high parameters for heat and noise insulation. The installed garage doors are automatic sectional, with the "Hörman" brand. In some places there are suspended ceilings with unique shapes, which contribute to an unusual and broken note in the interior. In addition, the exterior space is landscaped and irrigation systems are installed, which gives a balanced finish to the house.
